How long can I hire a vehicle for?

From a few days to several months — whatever suits you. If your plans change, you can usually extend; just let us know before your hire ends.

What do I need to hire a vehicle?

A full, valid driving licence, and you'll need to pass our quick identity and licence checks — we'll ask for a clear photo of both sides of your licence. Exact requirements can vary by vehicle, so just ask and we'll confirm what's needed.

How do I get a quote?

Send us an enquiry through this website, or call or message us with the vehicle you're after, how long you need it, and your ideal start date. We'll match you a vehicle and come back with a no-obligation price — usually within one working day.

How do I confirm a booking?

Once you're happy with the quote, we'll set up a quick rental agreement and take a deposit to secure the vehicle, then arrange a time for you to collect it.

Is there a deposit?

Yes — a refundable deposit is required to secure the vehicle. The amount depends on the vehicle and length of hire, and we'll confirm it in your quote before you commit to anything.

How many miles are included?

Our standard hire includes 100 miles per day. If you go over, additional miles are charged at £1.50 per mile. If you're expecting high mileage, let us know and we'll talk through the best option for you.

Is insurance included?

We'll go through the insurance options with you when you book, so you know exactly what's covered before you drive away.

What areas do you cover?

We're a UK-based company and hire vehicles to customers across the UK.

What happens if I get a parking ticket, fine or PCN?

Any parking tickets, fines or penalty charge notices incurred during your hire are your responsibility. If one comes to us, we'll pass on the details, and an administration fee may apply as set out in your rental agreement.

Can I smoke in the vehicle?

No — all our vehicles are strictly no-smoking, so they stay fresh and clean for the next customer.

How is my personal data handled?

We only use your details to deal with your enquiry and manage your hire, and we look after them carefully. You can read exactly how in our Privacy Notice.
